Our story
After attending the presentation of the book "Le miniere di Re Sale di Cervia" (The Mines of Re Sale of Cervia) by Roberto Romiti, the Magnani family came up with the idea of creating a restaurant that would pay tribute to the famous Salt of Cervia.
Since the opening of the restaurant, the family's mission has always been the same: to let as many people as possible, without excluding anyone, know about the traditional flavors of Cervia.

With this goal firmly in mind, Re Sale was one of the first restaurants in the area to offer a dedicated menu even for people with celiac disease.

We have been working closely with the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) for more than 10 years and we strive to provide a first-class gluten-free dining experience.
Our kitchen is divided into two separate sections, one of which deals with the preparation of gluten-free dishes, with a specifically dedicated chef.
Our pizzeria also guarantees maximum safety with two separate ovens, one of which is reserved exclusively for gluten-free pizzas.

At our Pizzeria, you can choose from a wide selection of pizzas, from the classic ones to the special ones, all prepared with a 5-grain dough that is reminiscent of the authentic flavors of the past, the aromas of wheat and the rural essence of pizza.
We also offer a wide selection of gluten free pizzas (homemade dough with Schaer flour) to ensure an inclusive dining experience for everyone.
